Welcome to MamiYard. Throughout these Terms, “MamiYard,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MamiYard. By visiting our website, purchasing from us, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

  1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence—or have permission from a parent or legal guardian—to use this website or make a purchase.

You may not use our products, website, or services for any illegal, unauthorized, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. You may not transmit viruses, malicious code, or anything intended to disrupt our website.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We do our best to display product colors, designs, sizing, and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, or device.

Because many MamiYard pieces feature specialty graphics and printing, slight variations in placement or appearance may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

Please review the product description and size guide before ordering. Fit may vary between styles. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size unless the item received differs from the size ordered.

  1. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you confirm that all billing, shipping, and payment information provided is complete and accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect information, violate these Terms, or involve unauthorized resale.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing and delivery estimates are provided on our website or during checkout. Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.

If we cannot ship your order within the advertised timeframe, we will provide notice and, when legally required, offer the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a full refund.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. MamiYard is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer as permitted by applicable law.

  1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our posted Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.

Items must meet all eligibility requirements stated in the Refund Policy. Worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise ineligible merchandise may be refused.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.

  1. LIMITED-EDITION AND OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

Certain products may be released in limited quantities and may not be restocked. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An order is not confirmed until payment is accepted and you receive an order confirmation.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund to the original payment method.

All MamiYard names, logos, graphics, slogans, photographs, videos, product designs, website content, and other creative materials are owned by or licensed to MamiYard and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, imitate, repost for commercial purposes, manufacture, or create derivative products from our content or designs without written permission.

Purchasing a MamiYard product does not transfer ownership of any trademark, copyright, design, or other intellectual property.

  1. USER CONTENT AND REVIEWS

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, tag, or other content to us, you confirm that you own or have permission to share it and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights.

Unless we agree otherwise, you grant MamiYard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, repost, edit, and display that content for our website, social media, advertising, and promotional materials.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, abusive, infringing, or unrelated to our products or services.

  1. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website or services to:
