SHIPPING POLICY

Your MamiYard order is being prepared to make an entrance. Please allow us a little time to get it cute, packed, and on the way. 💋

PROCESSING TIME

Most items are made to order. Please allow 1–3 weeks for your order to be processed before shipping. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. Being this cute takes time, Mami—but we promise she’s worth the wait.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order ships, estimated delivery within the United States is 3–7 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays may occur.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package begins its journey.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. MamiYard is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

MamiYard is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking says “delivered” but the package is missing, please check with household members, neighbors, your leasing office, and the carrier before contacting us.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Some orders may arrive separately depending on the items purchased. Don’t panic, Mami, your other piece may simply be making a fashionably late entrance.
